Top 5 Snacks at Magic Kingdom Park
I don’t know about you but when I am getting ready to go to a park I am always thinking ahead of what food I want to eat, wait, you guys think about rides and shows? Maybe it’s just me then. I will start this series with Magic Kingdom of course. The park that will soon be 50 years old brings us a lot of unique snacks for all to enjoy, so grab your napkin and your paper straw and let’s dive in.
5. Warm Cinnamon Roll: this behemoth of a roll can be found in Fantasyland at Gaston’s Tavern. Easily shareable, it comes warm and oh so ooey gooey. Current price is $5.29
4. Corn Dog Nuggets: my only salty mention on the list. This one can be found at Casey’s Corner on Main Street. I usually avoid this quick service since I am not a fan of hot dogs or the smell of onions and relish but I use the handy dandy mobile order on the app to get these quickly. A perfect snack in between meals or a light option for lunch and/or dinner. Make sure to order the cheese sauce to go with it. Current price $8.99 (meal comes with french fries or apple slices). Cheese sauce $1
3. Mickey’s Kitchen Sink: right across from Casey’s you will find the Plaza Ice Cream Parlor. Many different options await you but if you want a souvenir and to share some ice cream this is the best and cutest option.
your choice of hot fudge, peanut butter or caramel topped with whipped cream and two cherries with your choice of two hand-scoops of ice cream. At the end you can rinse your Mickey sink and take it home. Current price $16.99
2. Dole Whip Float: I mean, is anyone surprised this is in my top 5. You can find this delectable treat basically almost anywhere on Disney World property but the original Adventureland location is my go to for an “authentic” feel. I prefer the float to just the soft serve because of the pineapple juice and best of all, now you can mobile order. Current price $5.99
1.Fresh Fruit Waffle Sandwich: Waffles? check. strawberry, bananas and blueberries? check. chocolate hazelnut spread? check. This amazing treat can be found in Liberty Square at Sleepy Hollow, yes the place famous for it’s funnel cakes has some amazing waffle options. This is my go to when I’m at Magic Kingdom, it serves me as lunch, filling, sweet and I can feel a bit healthy because I’m eating fruit. Current cost $8.29.
Honorable mentions: I am enjoying all the different soft serve options popping up everywhere, from the Hei Hei cone to the Adventure is Out There cone. There are some seriously unique eats. These tend to be more seasonal and that is why I didn’t include them in my list.
I hope you enjoyed reading my list, how about yours? is there something you love snack-wise at Magic Kingdom?
