Lion King Specialty Food at Disney’s Animal Kingdom

To celebrate de 25th anniversary of the classic The Lion King movie Disney’s Animal Kingdom is having a special celebration all Summer long.

Not only are they adding special projections to thee Tree of Life Awakening and photo props around the park, they are going all out with specialty food items that will have you roaring.

The Simba Ice Cream Sandwich will be found in Tamu Tamu Refreshments, not only does it look delicious, it’s the perfect instagram snack.

The Simba Sunset Dole Whip also available at Tamu Tamu is the classic Dole Whip with a syrup made of watermelon and coconut.

For the adult beverage seeker, also at Tamu Tamu, you can find the King’s Cooler, dole whip with rum and the watermelon, coconut syrup.

Over at nearby Harambe market you will find the Asante Slush, perfect on a hot day, it’s shaved ice topped with watermelon and passion fruit-mango syrup.

At the Dawa Bar, Harambe Market and Boneyard Bar, another adult beverage, the Serengeti Sangria.

The Bugs ‘n Grub Waffle Cone can be found at the Anandapour Ice Cream truck and Trilo-Bites.
