BREAKING: Update on TRON Lightcycle & Cosmic Rewind Opening Dates

Since Disney World had to close due to Covid in March of 2020, speculation has been running rampant about which of the new rides under construction will open on time or be delayed. Today we have an update for you.

According to a source of ours which had the opportunity to speak with Josh D’Amaro, Chairman of Disney Parks, the news is not what we were hoping for.

We can expect Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind to not be ready till the earliest, mid-2022. Even more depressing, Tron Lightcycle will likely not be ready till early 2023.

We reached out to a contact at Disney for comment but we did not receive a response. There’s currently no official announcement from Disney regarding the opening dates of these rides.
