Guests recently began spotting the Omnibus back in action strolling down Main Street USA as early as this previous weekend. While Disney has made no formal announcement, it seems we may be within a soft opening phase of these timeless vehicle rides reopening. A quick check of the My Disney Experience app shows that the experience is still listed as “temporarily unavailable”. It may stand to reason that we could be seeing more sightings of these vehicles popping up around both Disneyland and Walt Disney World parks sooner than we thought!

The omnibus has been a long time transportation staple as a nice stroll through Main Street USA with stops for pick up and drop off between the train station and castle. The other vehicles to keep a close watch for a return include a horse drawn carriage, old fashioned car, and fire engine.
