FuelRod to begin Charging a Fee Per Swap

It has been confirmed that starting November 1st the FuelRod kiosks will begin charging $3 per swap. This is their usual fee at other places like Universal Orlando and Icon Orlando. Until now all the locations in Walt Disney World have been a free swap, but a few months ago we did see them start to take away the sticker that read “free swaps” to “rechargeable”
