Rivers of Light We Are One Debuts Tomorrow

In a move that most guests have applauded Disney World is changing their original Rivers of Light show in Animal Kingdom with a new version.

Rivers of Light We Are One will continue to use the same technology, floats and water feature but is incorporating scenes from beloved Disney movies to tell the story of our connection to animals and Earth.

Rivers of Light has seen mixed reviews, while some people absolutely loved the original show, some guests always thought that it needed a Disney touch to pull at the heartstrings. Hopefully with this new iteration Disney’s Animal Kingdom will both create the awareness towards nature that it strives for while also entertaining and pleasing the guests that are watching.

Also debuting tomorrow is a brand new awakening at the Tree of Life celebrating The Lion King’s 25th Anniversary.

We will be live tomorrow evening for the very first performance of Rivers of Light We Are One. We will go live at 8:45pm for the 9pm show. We will also walk over to the Tree of Life to witness the Lion King Awakening. Watch here:
