Reimagined Club Cool Gets Opening Date!

We thought it was the end of an era when Club Cool closed in 2019, and now Coca-Cola lovers across the world can rejoice! Earlier this year news broke that Club Cool would be making a triumphant return to EPCOT and Coca-Cola lovers everywhere were ecstatic…but no one knew how long that would be, until now.

Just announced Club Cool is set to reopen its doors on September 15th and we’re already making plans to be one of the first in line! Disney announced today on Twitter and via imagineer Zach Riddley the exciting news and a bit more about what we can expect… “Club Cool tells the uniquely EPCOT story about flavors of the world connecting people globally – where Guests can taste test popular Coca-Cola flavors from different countries including the beloved Beverly, which…WILL have a spot on the soda fountain upon reopening!”

Disney expects that the revived location will “celebrate Coca-Cola in a fresh new way, while keeping the fan-favorite experience that invites you to explore tasty drinks from around the world.”

Club Cool is expected to operate under the same premise as when it was previously open allowing guests samplings of Coca-Cola products from around the world in various flavors and colorings. Some were more popular in the past (and a bit more familiar to US domestic guests) and others became more well known as the punchline to a joke to prank your friends with (looking at you, Beverly!)

And in true EPCOT fashion to round out the conservation efforts that the park has been promoting, sleuthing guests can catch a peek at recycled bits of Coca-Cola cans incredibly put to use in the flooring fixed with a biodegradable material that is used to bind them together. Pretty neat, huh?!
