Get ready to view a spectacular nighttime show at Disney Springs, but only for a limited-time!
‘Disney Dreams that Soar presented by AT&T’ takes to the skies later this month and will be the first of its kind at Disney Springs. Starting May 24, this new show will bring beloved characters to audiences in a larger-than-life way.
Show Director Tony Giordano shared his vision for the drone experience. “We are presenting Disney characters who have had a dream of flying. Not just the idea that they can fly, but the idea of taking their lives to the next level. We put a lot of thought in making sure that no matter how old you are, or how much of a fan you are, you’re going to see a character that you love.”
Using a total of 800 drones to create character images before your eyes, guests can spot Dumbo, Baymax, Peter Pan, WALL-E and EVE, and others. The show will also feature a new soundtrack created for this special experience. Disney has shared a sneak peek of the show with some dress rehearsal photos:
‘Disney Dreams That Soar’ is the perfect way to end a day of shopping or dining at Disney Springs! For the best viewing location, guests are encouraged to view the show along the waterway of Disney Springs West Side. The run-time is just under 10 minutes, with two shows per evening at 9pm and 10:45pm. Be sure to catch this show before it ends on September 2!
