NBA Teams Able to Book a Large Number of Disney World Rooms for Guests
Recently the NBA announced its decision to allow several teams to finish their 2020 season in Disney World’s ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex.
And just now it has been announced that NBA teams will be permitted to invite family and friends as they advance in the playoffs!
According to NBA analyst, Kevin O’Connor, each team will be able to reserve a block of up to 17 rooms. Players will be required to pay for the rooms these guests used. All guests will be required to complete a three day quarantine prior to arrival. And, once they arrive- they’ll be tested and must quarantine themselves again for another four days.
Sources: Each NBA team that advances past round one can reserve up to 17 rooms for guests of players. Players are responsible for costs of the rooms. Guests must undergo three days of self-quarantine and testing before entering Disney, then quarantine for four days after arrival.
