Major Glitch on MDE App with Acquirement of a Boarding Groups for Rise of the Resistance

Since day 2 of Rise of the Resistance being opened the only way you could acquire a boarding group for the most sought after attraction was to be tapped into Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

This created an opportunity to practice the process from home, getting almost all the way to acquiring but then the app giving you an error message that you were not there.

This morning many people found themselves with in a boarding group when they are not even in the park, some from all the way across the ocean.

A major glitch allowed everyone practicing from home to acquire a bg and the entire process closed in less than a minute leaving guests inside the park without one.

Lines for Guest Relations and Guest Experience Team are very long this morning. May the Force be With the Cast Members today
