Hong Kong Disneyland Is Reopening Soon!

Hong Kong Disneyland has been closed for over a year now due to the unpredictable COVID-19 pandemic, at one point reopening in July but then quickly closing again due to rising cases. Thankfully Hong Kong Disneyland has announced they will be reopening again on February 19th, 2021.

Similar to Walt Disney World protocol, Hong Kong Disneyland will require face masks and appropriate social distancing measures. There will also be additional cleaning steps taken such as attractions being cleaned down every two hours, as well as hand rails and other high-touch places frequently cleaned by cast members.

Hong Kong Disneyland recently celebrated their 15th anniversary while the park was closed, by having a virtual anniversary party and sharing on social media. Hopefully there will be other (safe) celebrations at the park once it is officially reopened! They also created a new Castle of Magical Dreams, which you can see here:
