Gov DeSantis (Fl) Recommends Postponing or Cancelling Crowd Gatherings Due to Coronavirus

During a news conference Governor DeSantis updated the state on COVID-19 and is recommending postponing or cancelling major crowd gatherings. He did say he does not have the authority to cancel mass gatherings and it is at the discretion of each company to do so or give the people visiting the tools to stay as healthy as possible and that it is personal responsibility to take protective measures as explained by the CDC.

The government is also continually monitoring international travel, for visitors and locals coming from out of country. 10 of the cases in Florida are connected to a Nile River Cruise and they continue to be vigilant and taking proactive measures.
