First Look: Electrical Water Pageant Gears Up For 50th Celebration

And the gifts just keep on coming!

Disney has just announced the first look at the newest floats to join the most magical celebration on Earth! The picture above depicts one of the new floats that will bookend the existing Electrical Water Pageant that performs nightly on Seven Seas Lagoon.

The Electrical Water Pageant is a Walt Disney World staple and also dates back to opening year in its first performances. Guest have the opportunity to view the show from multiple places around Seven Seas Lagoon including Magic Kingdom, Disney’s Wilderness Lodge, Disney’s Ft. Wilderness Resort, Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, and Disney’s Contemporary Resort.

The first look at this particular float features the glorious Cinderella Castle along with the now iconic 50th numbers that have become synonymous with the celebration. We’re so excited to see them in action! The floats are typically accompanied by their own introductory tune for that scene so it’s only fitting that Disney has also announced that these floats will be accompanied by a small section of “The Magic Is Calling”. This will also be the same song the new “Enchantment” fireworks will be set to when they debut on October 1st.

While no date has been officially announced as to when these floats will make their debut, we will be certain to update as soon as we find out!
