‘Festival of Fantasy’ Parade Takes a Holiday Break at Magic Kingdom Park

It’s Christmas week, and all around Walt Disney World Guests are buzzing with excitement. In a previously announced schedule change, a popular Parade is taking a break for the Holidays, and welcoming some Holiday joy!

‘Festival of Fantasy’, a fan-favorite parade at Magic Kingdom, is taking a break from December 23-31. The parade, a tribute to the stories we know and love from ‘Fantasyland’, will be replaced with ‘Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade’. Guests will no longer be required to purchase a ‘Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party’ ticket to see the Christmas parade, for this week only.  This is a definite win-win for Guests who were not able to get Christmas Party tickets for this busy Holiday week.

Streaming the Magic was fortunate enough to attend this year’s Christmas Party! Here are a few Character sightings seen during the Holiday Parade:

Guests of Magic Kingdom can view the ‘Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade’ daily, at 12pm and 3pm. These times are subject to change due to weather or other events.

Stay tuned to Streaming the Magic as we share updates from Disney Parks during this busy season.
