‘EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays’ Featuring a New Light Show for 2022

As Walt Disney World dives into the Holiday season, today we learned more about what to expect this season at EPCOT.  ‘EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays’ kicks off November 25, and there is a lot to look forward to, including a new show at Spaceship Earth.

Disney Parks Blog gave us a peek at what to look forward to this season in this new show.  “This year, a brand-new light show debuts at Spaceship Earth. Our friends at Walt Disney Imagineering say the light display will invoke some of the sights of winter, including snowflakes, northern lights and warm candles.”  This is surely one not to miss for anyone who has plans at EPCOT this season!

A fan favorite, ‘Living with the Land’, also receives a holiday makeover again this season.  ‘Living with the Land – Glimmering Greenhouses’, the title of this years display, takes Guests through twinkling lights and other holiday touches as they cruise through the attraction.  This is definitely one of our favorites, and a peaceful way to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the busy World Showcase.

Another seasonal favorite, the ‘Candlelight Processional’, kicks off November 25 with Simu Liu as their first Celebrity Narrator.  More on this to come!

This years ‘EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays’ runs from November 25 through December 30.
