Display at Hollywood Studios Reaffirms Disney’s Inclusivity Policy
‘Reimagine Tomorrow’, Disney’s policy on inclusivity and diversity, continues to be put into practice throughout Disney Parks. Introduced in September 2021, “‘Reimagine Tomorrow’ is our way of amplifying underrepresented voices and untold stories as well as championing the importance of accurate representation in media and entertainment”. (Reimagine Tomorrow) The initiative stresses the importance of making all Disney Guests and fans feel represented throughout the Parks, and anywhere Disney products are viewed.
Today we learned that Disney Parks are continuing to make the Parks a place for all by changing one of the displays at Hollywood Studios. TikTok user @dvc_park_hoppers shared this clip of a clothing display at Once Upon a Time gift shop featuring a Guest wearing some merchandise while in a wheelchair. Check out the clip below:
