Disneyland Paris Run Disney Medals Revealed

In just about three months, taking place September 19 – 22, 2019 at the DisneylandParis Resort, the Run Disney event returns with three exciting races and two challenges for one unforgettable experience. Here is the first look at this year’s finisher medals, filled with classic Disney characters full of adventure. Take a look:

First the 5k. This year they are celebrating Disney’s “The Lion King” with a super cute medal featuring Pride Rock. Next the 10k is all about royalty, celebrating Disney Princesses and their loyal sidekicks, with this year’s finisher medal featuring characters from Disney’s “Tangled.” Rounding out the magical weekend and showing us how love can be an adventure, Mickey and Minnie make their couple debut on the Half Marathon finisher medal.

Runners completing either of two challenges, racing through the Disneyland Paris theme parks and the beautiful French countryside, will earn a finisher medal celebrating the adventurous characters of Disney’s “Aladdin.” Runners who complete both the DisneylandParis 10K plus DisneylandParis-Val d’Europe Half for the 31K Challenge will earn a captivating medal featuring Aladdin and the Magic Carpet. Those going the extra mile and finish the DisneylandParis 5K, DisneylandParis 10K and DisneylandParis-Val d’Europe Half Marathon during the 36K Challenge, will commemorate their accomplishments with a medal featuring the all-powerful Genie.

Lastly, runners who complete the half marathon at Disneyland Paris and one of our runDisney races at Walt Disney World Resort in the same calendar year will be awarded the Castle to Château medal.
