BREAKING: Location of Hatbox Ghost Announced for Haunted Mansion at Magic Kingdom Park

Look alive, Haunted Mansion fans! New details have materialized on the arrival of Hatbox Ghost at Walt Disney World!

Check out the announcement made a short time ago by Disney Parks:

Later this year at the Walt Disney World Resort, one of our most iconic specters will set up residence in the Haunted Mansion of Liberty Square in Magic Kingdom Park. The Hatbox Ghost will appear to guests as they pass the Endless Hallway, welcoming himself inside from the swinging wake in the cemetery and grinning at the Doom Buggies as they set off deeper into the mansion. Guests will soon see temporary barriers materialize as we await his apparition.

While no date has been set for his arrival, we now know where Hatbox Ghost will be located within the attraction. In fact, the placement Hatbox Ghost is especially significant in that it will be the first ghost that guests see on the ride. With a planned closure of the attraction next month, this may be when we see the barriers materialize in anticipation of his arrival.
