As of this morning Walt Disney World has updated their online policies to read as follows:
“At this time, dining reservations at theme parks and Disney Resort hotel locations are not available. Select dining locations at Disney Springs are currently accepting reservations. Learn more about dining reservations during the phased reopening of Walt Disney World Resort”
Indicating that Walt Disney a World has begun taking advanced Dining reservations once again! Although options are limited at this time to Disney Springs restaurants.
Streaming the Magic was able to secure several reservations for the upcoming weeks at restaurants such as Art Smiths Homecomin’, Frontera Cocina, STK Orlando, House of Blues and so many more!
This is the first time advanced dining reservations have been available since Walt Disney World shut it’s systems down in order to complete necessary cancellations. These cancellations were part of a system wide cleaning and installation, in preparation for the new advanced reservation system. This system will include daily park reservations- so that Walt Disney World can account for guests prior to their arrival and keep parks capacities at a minimum.
With the new system, guests will be required to secure a park reservation prior to making any advanced dining reservations for the particular theme park. Valid theme park admission will be required to make the theme park reservation. The new Advanced dining reservations will be open at 60 days out, instead of the previous 180 days.
